The partners are three sisters, Jenni, Neroli and Leah, who have combined their passion for education and training with their broad industry experience to create a small, agile training consultancy. All three have Australian and international training experience. They continue to work in the private sector ensuring not only that their business skills remain current, but that the training they deliver to you and your employees is practical, cost-effective and relevant.

Instructional design and curriculum development

Quick Response Training Solutions is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) but training can be written against nationally recognised competency standards for recognition of prior learning. All three partners have extensive experience designing training programs including for non-English speaking participants and those with limited literacy and numeracy skills.

Training and assessment

The experience of Quick Response Training Solutions includes training and assessment at primary, vocational and tertiary levels. They have trained and assessed in a large range of industries and areas including banking, finance, forestry, local government, restaurants, manufacturing, shipping, rail, pharmaceuticals, payroll and HR software development and most recently community education and aged care. All partners have current qualifications in training and assessment.
